Our "House on the Lorze" is located in the centre of the mountain community of Unterägeri, directly on the course of the river Lorze and 400 metres from the idyllic Ägerisee: Four small residential units, a large 2-storey penthouse with a large terrace and a small sales area are being built in a new building with a complete wooden façade. There are numerous shops and restaurants right outside the front door on the river promenade.
